Returns & Exchanges
Stüssy offers returns on all full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sales on discounted items, collaborations, and limited releases are final.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
